With a lifelong love of animals, especially African wildlife after seeing Born Free in 1966, serendipity brought me to Kenya for the first time in 2018. The wide open spaces and multitude of wildlife that I had only dreamed and read about was magical. The calm serenity of the conservancies I visited took my breath away and captured my heart and soul completely. The wild animals were so comfortable in their surroundings and as curious about me as I was about them that I was at times 5' away from lions, elephants, rhinos, giraffes and so much more making Kenya the only place I wish to return to.
