In the series "Foreshore Low Tide Reveal," I journey into the vibrant intertidal zone, where land and sea meet, where the shoreline seems to dance with deep dark colours and textures—a place of fleeting beauty that is ever-changing with each tide. Intense, vivid pigments seem the only appropriate way to express the intensity of what I see. I stand close to the glistening rock. The air is filled with the fragrances emanating from the shore and sea, matching the intensity of the organisms that wind around the crevices in the rock.
