My art is a joy to me. To share it with others is a privelege that I truly cherish. This piece brings me joy in choosing both purchased and hand-made papers that coordinate with each other and contrast strongly with found pieces of rusted and corroded metal. I'm especially delighted with the old style square head nail. These pieces were rescued from the Metchosin metal bin! I chose a resin finish to add depth and lustre. I created this piece on four square cradled wood panels that I fastened together to form a larger square.
